As long as we enter all of the values correctly on a daily basis, at the end of the year, we just press a button and the accounts are done. Voila! We use a combination of Google Calendar and Business Calendar to schedule all of our appointments and meetings. We can set up small alerts that can notify us by either minutes, hours, days or months before the meetings are due.
The two calendars sync with any computer or phone, and all update at exactly the same time. That way, if I need to change the date of a meeting or time on my phone, it will automatically update on the office calendar.
